Terms *

School must agree to all terms to complete contract

The school agrees that Heather will need to come into the school prior to photo day to pick an optimal shooting location.

The school agrees for Heather to be the only photographer on photo day and for the following 60 days after photo day for professional school portraits.

The school agrees to deliver to each student a photo day communication prior to photo day OR a digital version of the communication. Heather will provide the family communication up to two weeks before scheduled photo day.

The school agrees that Heather will need student rosters no later than two weeks prior to photo day.

The school understands that Heather will provide all equipment on photo day.

The school agrees that photos may need up to 7 days for completion. Once completed Heather will send confirmation to the school with instructions how to view photos to the main school contact.

The school agrees to send parents the instructions how to view photos and gallery expiration warnings.

The school agrees to forward all parent inquiries regarding photos to Heather in a timely manner

The parents and school will have two weeks to order prints and products.

The prints and products will be delivered to the school, arranged by classroom and then alphabetized to be handed out to the students and parents.

The images are copyright protected. You do not have permission to make copies for sale, or other distribution in any manner that circumvents the sale of these images by the photographer.

Photographer will provide the school with access to all digital downloads for school use

Photographer will provide 4 x 6 prints at cost for schools to be used at their discretion

Teachers and staff will receive a 30% off code for purchasing photographic products

Photographer will provide digital copies of staff & class photos to administration.

School will receive 10% of Heather Marie Photography's gross profit within the two week ordering window
