All galleries will be hosted online through my website. Galleries are sorted by class according to each school’s preference.

Each child’s gallery will consist of 3-5 images in both black and white & color. Families can choose which images to print or download.

A detailed prep guide and ordering guide will be provided to schools and families prior to the day of photos.

Prints are ordered directly through website and delievered to families.

The school is provided with staff photos and class photos based on the school’s requests.

All questions about ordering and photography process goes through Heather Marie Photography, unless otherwise requested by the school.

There are no costs to schools! Heather Marie Photography will donate 10% of gross profits to any schools who use our services.

Families do not pay any fees up front. All costs are accrued through ordering prints and digitals.

We offer packages as well as a-la-carte products to fit all budgets.

We work with schools to create a timeline that works best for them and ensuring a smooth school day.

The photographer will arrive early and set up all gear.

Photographer may bring an assistant depending on number of children.

After photo day, families receive a link to their gallery within 2 weeks and all prints are delivered within 3 weeks of shoot.
